How soon can I get a unit delivered?
We offer same-day or next-day delivery in many cases, especially for emergencies. We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for large events or busy seasons. The sooner the better!
Can I rent for just one day?
Yes, we offer one-day rentals, especially for events. Whether it’s just one-day or a year, we got you covered!
Do you offer emergency or after-hours services?
Yes, we provide after-hours and emergency services. Additional fees apply for after-hour calls and urgent delivery and service requests.
How often do you service the units during the rental?
Servicing is based on your needs. We can service the units monthly, weekly, daily, or multiple times a day, depending on your location and foot traffic.
How many units do I need for my event or job site?
For Events:
We recommend one portable restroom for every 25 guests per 4-hour period. This ensures comfort and convenience especially for large gatherings, festivals, or weddings.
For Construction Sites:
Portable restroom rentals must follow OSHA regulations based on the number of on-site workers. Here are the general requirements:
1 toilet for up to 20 employees
1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers (for 21–200 employees)
1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers (for over 200 employees)
We recommend 1 portable restroom per 10 workers.
